Numana
Numana is called “the Lady of Conero” because of its charm, its creeks of rare beauty and its coastline (Marcelli) which is suitable for the fun of families and children in a natural setting. Settled inside the Park of Conero, Numana is divided into a high part, on the hill, and a low part along the port and the beaches.
We highly recommend you visit:
The “Costarella“, one of the most characteristic streets of Numana. The steps make it unique and one of a kind. This street was once used daily by the fishermen to reach the port and nowadays in summertime becomes the natural setting for exhibitions of all kinds.
The Tower, the only medieval remain of the town, is now a symbol and a meeting place; the Fountain, a find of the Roman age, and Piazza Nova. The Sanctuary preserves the Romanesque wooden Crucifix.
The Port, with a strategic position to reach the various beaches of the Riviera.
